Why did I choose to work at GNTP ?
For me, it’s more than just a job, it’s a grace and a true « calling ». I accepted this position because the actions we undertake for these vulnerable individuals are considered sacred services to the Lord. It’s a mission that fills me with meaning and gratitude.

It allows me to use my physiotherapy skills to help those who need them the most. The combination of physiotherapy and occupational therapy is essential for optimizing the autonomy and quality of life of the people we support. This multidisciplinary approach motivates me every day, as it brings real change to the lives of our patients."

Why did i chose to work in this NGO?
I chose to work at GNTP because of their dedication and commitment despite the difficult living conditions in Madagascar. Their faith in God is a value that deeply resonates with me. The team is amazing, and the environment fosters both spiritual and social growth. Here, I have not just found a job, but a true second family.

I am passionate about helping people, especially children and individuals with disabilities. At Growing the Nation’s Therapy Programmes Madagascar, I use my expertise in mechanical fabrication and carpentry to design and create tools and devices that support those in need.
This work has enhanced my knowledge and skills while giving me immense satisfaction in seeing children regain functionality and independence through my creations. It’s rewarding to contribute to a cause that transforms lives and promotes inclusion in Madagascar.

I am here because God has planned it. I really enjoy working here because it creates opportunities to meet people, especially the parents of children with disabilities. Paying attention to them, listening to them, and saying some encouraging words to them all contribute to lightening their burdens. As a Jesus follower, loving them is part of my mission. I enjoy serving others because it is a love language. I am so grateful that God has given me the joy of working for this organization and for those who need care and assistance.
