These initiatives aim to provide support for children and their families. They include free consultations at the GNTP center in Imerinafovoany, a vacation program for children with learning difficulties, and the ANANI project, which offers occupational therapy and home visits for disabled and malnourished children. The AKANY AVOKO project focuses on screening and therapeutic interventions, while the appliance project is dedicated to the creation of tailor-made functional equipment.

In addition, a community visiting project is set up to provide home-based care, and an educational project aims to support disabled children in the school setting. The Nutrition project aims to promote a balanced diet, while the Child Development project informs parents about the normal development of their children and facilitates access to appropriate services. Finally, the LOVE 146 project provides support for survivors of abuse and raises community awareness of children’s rights.
